Working from Home to Flatten the Curve

The health and safety of our employees and community is always a priority, especially now. We’re working from home to flatten the curve and staying connected to our teams as much as possible from afar. Here are some of the ways we’re continuing with business as usual despite the unusual circumstances.

Video Chatting with Our Teams

The members of our IT Team are the true VIPs of this whole transition. They set everyone up with the equipment needed to be successful working from home, including video conferencing software that keeps us connected both on and off the clock.

 

Maintaining Routine as Much as Possible

We’ve found that it’s helpful to retain the same work hours and have a dedicated work area to separate home life and work life. Many team members have decorated their home workspaces to help them stay inspired.

Staying Social from a Distance

While our Friday happy hours are currently on pause, many teams are continuing to have happy hour from afar via video. We’re even having a companywide virtual happy hour this week to stay united.

Getting Acquainted with New Coworkers

While we miss seeing our teammates in person, our new coworkers are helping us get through this transition. Our pets may sometimes get in the way, but they’re definitely helping keep morale high.
