This July, August, and September we welcomed 5 new members to our growing team!

Holly Meloy – Managing Partner

Holly joins the leadership team as a Managing Partner. She will leverage her many years of experience, and channel that to focus on solving foundational business problems/opportunities with our clients.

Lauren Doerning – Account Director

Lauren joins our Cincinnati team as an Account Director on the Business Leadership team. She has a degree from the University of Cincinnati Design Architecture Art and Planning (D.A.A.P.) and was awarded her M.B.A. in Marketing from the Lindner College of Business.

Lindsay Moore – Senior Designer

Lindsay joins our Cincinnati team as a Senior Graphic Designer. She joins us with years of agency experience as a packaging & 2D designer. She’s a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Graphic Design

Jenny Baum – Senior Project Manager

Jenny joins us as a Senior Project Manager based out of our Cincinnati office. She comes to us with extensive experience in both Project Management and Graphic Design.

Cathy Wray– Research Director

Cathy joins our research team as a Director. She has expertise in designing, facilitating & managing both qualitative and quantitative research studies. Cathy will work to bolster our research process & expand our methodologies to better serve our clients.
