Sunday morning, after a night of wind and rain had rattled their tents, the hikers woke refreshed, hiked out and stopped at the legendary Noon Mark Diner in Keene, N.Y., for hearty comfort food. Tanner is closing in on 46er status, with 39 peaks, and Chris is keeping pace at 38.
